Meet Giacobazzi Yanez, a passionate traveler, activist, and storyteller dedicated to creating transformative experiences. With a background spanning anthropology, archaeology, filmmaking, yoga, wellness, and activism, he blends his diverse expertise to offer soul-enriching journeys that go beyond traditional tourism.
Holding a Bachelor’s in Anthropology with a focus on Mesoamerican archaeology, he served as the head archival photographer and videographer at El Mirador in Guatemala before earning a Master’s in Documentary Filmmaking from the University of Arts London as a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar. His deep connection to ancient civilizations informs his approach to immersive cultural experiences.
Beyond academia, he is a certified massage practitioner specializing in foot reflexology, a plant-based nutrition advocate, and a 300-hour Jivamukti Yoga teacher. His spiritual path as a Bhakti yogi guides his work, infusing each journey with mindfulness, devotion, and purpose.
For over two decades, he has also been at the forefront of the global cannabis movement, working at the legendary Harborside Health Center in Oakland, CA, and serving as the personal assistant to Steve DeAngelo, the Father of the Legal Cannabis Industry. His activism and wellness expertise come together to create holistic, meaningful travel experiences.
